Shipping and Delivery
1. Where do you ship from?
We care about minimizing our environmental impact and avoiding potential delays or extra charges for you. Currently, we serve the UK and EU countries, shipping your order directly from your region.
2. How long does it take for shipping?
Expect your stylish new threads to arrive in 3 to 6 working days.
3. How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is just £3.70 in the UK and €3.90 in the EU. Orders above £70 (UK) or €80 (EU) get free shipping! Woohoo!
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to rock and roll, we'll send you an email with tracking info. Don't worry if the link doesn't work right away, it can take up to 24 hours for the system to update.
5. Is there any extra tax?
Nope! All prices on our website include taxes, and because we ship regionally, you won't have any customs duties to worry about.
Order Issues
1. Got a defective item?
We're so sorry! Just contact us at hello@felupe.com within 30 days from your purchase with a picture of the issue and your order number, and we'll get you sorted ASAP.
2. Wrong item?
Oops, our mistake! We're always working to improve, but sometimes things go awry. Just send a picture to hello@felupe.com within 30 days from your purchase showing the problem, and we'll make it right.
3. Missing items?
There are two possibilities:
A) Your order might be shipped in multiple packages. Feel free to reach out if you're unsure!
B) We might have made a mistake (sorry!). Let us know at hello@felupe.com and we'll fix it for you right away.
4. How do I cancel my order?
Absolutely! We understand things change.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by going to your account page and clicking "Cancel" next to the order.
If it's been over 24 hours, it's likely that we have already sent your order to production and it may not be possible to cancel it anymore. Reach out to hello@felupe.com and we'll see what we can do.
5. How do I modify my order?
We're still working on making it super easy to modify your order directly on our website. In the meantime, the best way to make changes is to cancel your current order and place a new one.
6. Can I return my product?
As a small business, we don't have a warehouse to stock products. Everything is made just for you! Unfortunately, this means we can't accept returns. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know at hello@felupe.com - your feedback helps us improve!
Sustainability and Ethical practices in our products
1. What certifications do your t-shirts have?
We're passionate about sustainability and ethical production! We select our suppliers to ensure that all the products we sell have the highest standards of sustainability and ethical production. These include:
- GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): The leading worldwide standard for organic cotton. It guarantees that cotton is organically grown without the use of genetically modified seeds or hazardous chemicals. It also ensures traceability from post-harvesting of the raw material to the final customer, including transaction certificates at every stage of production.
- OCS (Organic Content Standard): A voluntary international standard that verifies the presence and amount of organic material in a final product. It tracks the flow of the raw material from the source to the final product.
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100: One of the world’s best-known standards for the assessment of harmful substances in fabrics. Standard 100 also prohibits certain potentially harmful substances even where these are not yet legally banned. More information
- PETA Approved Vegan: Confirms the products are made from 100% vegan materials and no ingredients of animal origin, ensuring that no harm is caused to animals.
2. What materials are used in your t-shirts?
Only the good stuff! Our t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton, grown without harmful chemicals for a healthier planet and a happy you!
3. How do you ensure the ethical treatment of workers?
We are committed to fair labor practices. We select suppliers that are members of the Fair Wear Foundation, an independent organization that works with apparel brands, garment workers, and textile industry influencers to improve labor conditions in garment factories. This ensures that all workers involved in the production of our t-shirts are treated fairly, with safe working conditions, fair wages, and reasonable working hours. More information
